Silymarin helps create new, healthy liver cells without encouraging any malignant liver tissue growth. It is also an antioxidant protecting liver cells from damage by free radicals. Additionally, Milk Thistle can lower cholesterol levels, reduce insulin resistance and the effects of a hangover.
